Exploring Employability of Business Graduates: Evidence from Woldia University

The main purpose of the study is to explore employability business graduates through mediating effect level competency with reference Woldia University graduates. In this study, a cross-section research design was applied and quantitative approach followed. data collected by using questionnaires from sample 223 respondents were selected systematic random sampling technique. analyzed descriptive analysis, factor path analysis SPSS AMOS 23 version. finding revealed that exogenous variables have affected endogenous variable directly indirectly. Among variables, university reputation, self-efficacy, statistically significant (p < 0.05). indicated self-efficacy affects graduate level. On other hand, English language proficiency graduates’ Finally, researcher recommends higher institution better strive support its improve their skills, enhance competency, self-efficacy.
